Paul Wedd

With over 25 years experience in the industry, Paul began his career with Novocastrian Electrical in 2001. After serving many years on the ground as a Licenced Electrician, Paul went on to complete his Diploma in Project Management.

With a diverse range of experience Paul strives to continually improve, progress and expand Novocastrian Electricals presence across the region by exceeding client’s expectations and aligning actions with NEC’s core values.

Paul is a leader who encourages growth and development, offering guidance, training, coaching, and motivating his staff.
