Matt Gailey

Matt is a dedicated and highly motivated construction professional / manager with over 19 years experience across the commercial and residential construction industries. Matt has progressed his career in full-time construction roles, having worked his way up from apprentice, to taking on building supervisory responsibilities and managing his own successful business. A natural leader, Matt is experienced in mentoring and coaching apprentices and managing teams to maximise their motivation and performance.

Matt has excellent organisational and communication skills with all levels of personnel. Bringing to the work place a strong work ethic, respect, reliability, and an ability to build rapport easily with all levels of stakeholders and an exceptional sense of responsibility to and care for customers, colleagues and their business. Matt holds high respect for company and people’s values and tries his hardest to create the best outcomes for all parties involved.
